Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) Can of Libby's Pumpkin
1 (12 ounce) Can of Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 (9 inch) Deep Dish Pie Crust
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice, plus more for garnish
2 Eggs
3 Cups 3 min whipped cream





Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425˚ F.

2. Mix all ingredients except for whipped cream in large bowl with rubber spatula.

3. Pour mixture into pie crust.

4. Bake for 15 mins.

5. Reduce heat to 350˚F and bake for 45 more mins.

6.  Make 3 min Whipped Cream and put into Piping bag with your favorite tip.

7.  Cut Pie and serve with a dollop of whipped cream and some sprinkled pumpkin pie spice.

8. Enjoy!!
