Frozen Hot Chocolate














Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
4 1/2 Cups Milk

Special Equipment:
silicone Ice Cube Tray
Blender


Directions:

1. Whisk Cocoa powder and sugar together in large pan.

2. Turn stove to medium-high and stir the water into the cocoa and sugar.

3. Let the mixture come to a simmer for 1 minute and stir occasionally.

4. Turn stove to high. Pour in four cups of the milk and stir until hot chocolate is 120˚F. Turn of stove.

5. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze until solid.

6. Once frozen, place ten of the ice cubes into blender and the rest of the milk and blend*. Enjoy!






*Tip: don't blend for more than 5 seconds.
