The "Go To" Chocolate Cake

Hey Guys! Everyone in my family is a HUGE chocolate lover. And I assume that everyone else is too.;) And if it's a birthday cake you can add Fondant, Decorations and more!!










Ingredients:
3 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Sticks Butter, Softened
3/4 Unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Milk

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven to 350˚. Spray three 9-inch round pans with cooking spray and line the bottom with a piece of parchment paper.

2. Whisk together all dry ingredients except for sugar in a medium bowl. Set aside.

3. Beat butter with electric mixer on high for 30 seconds. Add 1/4 cup of the sugar and beat for 10 seconds. Repeat until all the sugar is incorporated. Add eggs and vanilla.

4. Starting and ending with milk, alternate adding milk and flour mixture into the butter mixture beating after each addition.

5. Evenly divide batter into lined pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let all cakes cool in pans for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Flip onto a cardboard cake plate to frost. Frost cake and decorate as desired! Enjoy!!
