Vanilla cupcakes:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup whole milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350˚. line one muffin tin.
2.In a medium bowl mix flour baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In a Large bowl mix butter and sugar with electric mixer for 45 seconds.
4. Add eggs and vanilla.
5. Gradually mix flour mixture into butter mixture alternating with milk.
6. Pour into muffin tin 1/4 cup in each.
7. Bake 20-25 minutes.
8. Take out of oven and let cool for ten minutes.
9. Put 1/2 cup of strawberry jelly into a piping bag. Insert into cupcake and fill until jelly overflows.
10. Make Peanut butter frosting and frost as desired.
