Blueberry Scones










Ingredients:
4 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
5 Tablespoons Butter
1 Egg
2/3 Cup Buttermilk*
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400˚.

2. Mix all dry ingredients, then cut in butter and egg.

3. Slowly add buttermilk to form dough.

4. Dough will be sticky, so I used my hands to roll them into small balls and pushed them down on a greased pan (Tip: Spray your hands with coconut spray).

5.  Add 3 small blueberries to each dough ball (My Family loves Chocolate, so I also put a few chocolate chips in some of them.

6.  Bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve warm. Enjoy!

Buttermilk: For 2/3 of buttermilk, add 1 Tbsp. of White Vinegar to 2/3 of whole milk.
